FAQ

1.

What is the cost of the project?

We can't give you one simple anwer to this question. Price depends on the area, type of designed space etc. plus scope of work. We make the valuation during a meeting with the client after knowing his expectations and defining the scope of the project.

What influences the price of a project?

We make valuation based on the surface of the area (m2) and scope what our client want to have included in the project. Some of our designes are only 3D visualizations (to see major design) and these are cheaper but if customer would need technical drawings for contractors than the price will be higher.

3.

What is included in the project?

We recommend to look at the 'Pricing' subpage, you can find there a detailed list of what exactly is included in each of the services offered by us. We offer designs both as visualizations or functional plans but also comprehensive with a list of used materials and an estimate, so everything depends on what clients need.

What's a revision and how many can I have?

A revision is a design correction that applies to changes in the type of finish/colour: furniture, flooring, walls, lighting. Their quantity is regulated in a given offer, usually there are two such corrections in the basic price. However changing the layout of the room is considered as a new arrangement.

5.

What are your services?

The services of an architect include a number of activities related to design and arrangement. These are mainly: analysis of the needs and requirements of the client, consultation on possibilities and functionality, development of the design concept and detailed technical drawings, selection of materials and equipment elements, development of an estimate, 3D visualizations.

How long will it take to finish the project?

The duration of the entire design process depends on the scope of the project and its size. In addition, the smouther our communicate, the shorter the wait. The process can take from a few weeks (usually min 2-3) to several months.

7.

Does the client influence the process?

Yes, the customer is the key figure in a whole process. We talk to client whether everything is approved at every stage of the project before moving on. This allows for a clear exchange of information and does not leave the client unaware of what is happening.

What if the proposed arrangement is too expensive?

At the beggining of the process, we conduct an interview with the client, in which we determine the budget. Based on it, we determine the offer so that it fits within the established budget and does not exceed it.

9.

Why should you work with an architect?

Designing a functional and aesthetic space (e.g. interior, garden, house facade or tiny house) is a difficult and time-consuming task. It is much more sensible to assign this task to someone who does it professionally. It will not only save time but also money.

When should I contact an architect?

In general it's the best to seek advice as early as possible, still at the concept stage. Then we have the time to prepare the proper concepts and think through all possible arrangement options. Of course, we undertake work at every stage of implementation. We believe it’s never too late to take the advice of an architect.

11.

Is it possible to make an 'online' project?

Yes, of course. This type of project will require the customer to provide technical drawings for interior, garden or facade design and images/inspiration pictures for every other type of project, but it's possible to carry out the whole process remotely without any problem.

Do you make a designs of a individual spaces?

Yes. We also arrange smaller spaces and objects, such as bathroom, kitchen or a gazebo in teh garden etc.

13.

Do you offer supervision of the project?

Yes, we offer supervision of the project, but only in the option ‘comprehensive interior design’. We can carry it out no futher than the Małopolska voivodeship. Supervision consist of the control of the execution of works in the designing area, according to technical documentation. New solutions are often proposed, when unforeseen problems arise they are clarified on an ongoing basis.
